I have been working at CHA full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

CHA has changed considerably as a company, but at the core, it still cares deeply about its clients and employees.

    Cons

Like many other industries, the engineering consulting industry is consolidating with a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. While this is important for the long-run, it can create short-term distractions that impacts client service and deliverables.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at CHA in June 2014.

    Interview Details

I submitted my resume, cover letter, and a sheet detailing my answers to some educational questions. Then I got an interview with a former CNET, and we chatted about my previous experiences in teaching, living abroad, etc. It was very laid back. There was a followup interview where I met with another person in the company, who pretended to be a student and asked me to try and get him interested in a class. It was pretty easy.
