    Pros

This company provides a very generous compensation with a great deal of autonomy. This was a great place to work.

    Cons

The firm with its Canadian heritage had something of a small town feeling and a little of the little brother syndrome. They would do well to get over the sweatshirt complex.

    Advice to Management

Forget Tim Hortons and embrace Starbucks and Duncan Donuts! The real market is south of the border just consider the size of the markets.
