    Hiring managers were more concerned with factors other than merit (age, personal life, etc.) rather than past performance and experiences.
    Regardless of experience, the company expects conformity and will attempt to 'mold' you into their expectations.
    High turnover of entry level employees, plus I would guess the average work experience for expats is somewhere between 12-18 months.
