I have been working at CJD Consulting full-time (less than an year)Pros
The staff! At CJD everyone wants everyone to be successful and they are always willing to put you in the right places and with the right people in order for that to happen. The ability to advance here is never ending there is no ceiling with this business which is what truly sold me.
Also, the team environment is really what made me enjoy coming to work every day. Coming from a sports background the environment was perfect for my taste. I enjoy the patience of the more experienced people in the office because I had no prior sales experience everyone was very supportive in helping me become successful in the beginning.Cons
I am glad the we are not micromanaged, but getting the discipline to be a self starter right out the door was hard.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

Getting an Interview
- Application Details
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days – interviewed at CJD Consulting in September 2014.Interview Details
I submitted my resume and received a phone call a few days later. The initial phone call was pretty brief and the recruiter gave me a quick overview of the position and went over my qualifications before bringing me in for an interview. I was intrigued, because the recruiter seemed very positive and like she enjoyed her job so I wanted to see what the company was about. I went in to my first round interview where everyone was very professional and had a high level of energy. My first interview was very brief only about 15 minutes but it helped me understand the company goals further and I was invited back for their second round interview. This is an all day interview, I followed around one of their reps and we had a blast throughout the day. We talked to a bunch of different people and helped sign up a couple customers, which was cool to see. It definately seemed easy and like something I could do (I have prior experience serving and love talking to people). I appreciated that they broke down pay at lunch in depth and I had a lot of time to get my questions answered. Everything to me seemed very straightforward and I enjoyed seeing what a day in the life is instead of someone explaining it to me and then thinking it is something it was not.Interview Questions
