I really enjoyed what I was doing.

Company kept such a tight control on the budget it was hard to create and/or move into new positions---even when those positions were needed. Everyone wore multiple hats and was expected to cover more than their typical "job description." This was great, in that you could branch out and learn more things but disappointing when if you had your sights set on higher goals.

    Advice to Management

Better develop and utilize in-house talent.

The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at CLARCOR.

The interview was set by a temping agency. Was interviewed for two hours with an HR, an Engineering manager and a third person. I had to sign some papers prior to having the interview and they made me take an online test (behavioral questions). Was asked a lot of personal questions during the interview. The HR discussed salary up front. I told her that I was not suppose to discuss the compensation at this time, and I am mostly interested in the experience that I would be getting from this position. Not a typical job interview, where they have a list of questions that you are suppose to answer. They were talking mostly about how their company is growing rapidly.
