I worked at CLSA as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer questions / discuss their work. Was able to work directly contribute to published research, which was great. Trader and analyst meetings were open to attendance by anyone every morning which was a fantastic way to learn. Office culture was great.

    Cons

No formal program, so some things were very much learn as you go.
