    I have been working at CMA Consulting Services, Inc full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Culture is changing for the better. I came to CMA from a large organization with mature policies and practices and was somewhat shocked by the lack of formal process. A number of employees with this perspective have been speaking up and contributing to development of corporate organization. In my observation it's making a difference. CMA's history of growth and prospects for the future speak to its strengths in delivering services. For a collection of reasons, some I believe beyond the control of the company, CMA fell behind in structural development. As we continue to grow and improve, it is very satisfying to be part of that.

    Cons

    There is no mentorship program or other formal activity to foster leadership. I believe this would empower employees currently sitting on creativity and ambition. This is needed to help CMA grow as an organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The company needs to facilitate growth by committing more time and resources to organizational development. Simply put, tie your shoes before you run onto the field.

    Process of interview was scripted, with those crazy questions. I believe to really know what you are getting is to be more down to earth with people and get away from scripts.

    Negotiation Details
    I should have negotiated work time hours and money, as after taking the position found many have done this and got more money and flexible hours, such as remote working at home a few days a week due to family or living far from office. Many people hired I found have done this. So negotiate if possible if you have a family with children, or live far away.
