    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at CMC Community Action Agency in April 2012.

    Thank you for your interest in Enterprise.I would like to request your time for a short phone interview for consideration to our Mangement Traine Program.Please contact me.I Receive two phone calls.The first call she left a message.I call her back and left her a message.The second time she call we communication.She ask what I was doing and how long I had been laid off. She went into the phone interview.She ask me to explain my duties and responsibility on my previous job. I did. She ask me a series of question about Human Resource Management I answer.She ask why should I be selected for the job. I went into full detail about my experience and training.Then she went into the benefit package .She told me what the salary would be and then she ask me would that be ok.I said yes.She said that I have a few more people to in terview and I will call you back.They had 2 position open.This was on Wednesday April 11,2012. I then received a E-mail on 4/17/2012 at 3:22 p.m. Dear Joseph,I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to complete our on-line application and conduct phome screen.We appreciate your interest in Enterprise Holding,LLC. Our recruting teamhas complete our initial assessment for the Mangement Trainee.We were impressed with your qualification,we were faced with a difficult decision,and I regret to inform you that we decided to pursue other cadidates that are more closely aligned to our business for this position. However,we will be glad to keep your resume and application on file should we become aware of any other appropriate position in the near future.I would also encourage you to visit our website as new position become available.
