I have been working at CMC ICOS Biologics

The people are good to work with. Everyone is nice and willing to help you out. They are expanding quickly as a company, due to this there is a good chance of internal promotion and growth. Many new leaders have been hired in the last year and the company is trying to improve.

The leadership team does not run the company around it's most important branch, manufacturing. They often neglect and underappreciate the operators who handle their profitable materials.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that if you continue to lose skilled manufacturing operators, your company will not last, no matter how many contracts you can get.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at CMC ICOS Biologics.

    Interview Details

Contacted through a third party who presumably found my information on a career networking website. Said third party conducted a phone interview and submitted results to CMC. CMC never conducted their own phone interview. The process went straight to an on site interview,

I spoke with 4 or 5 employees on site. The process was very disorganized and almost everyone I spoke with seemed confused and ill-prepared. They were generally polite and pleasant though. Certain interviewers, however, were a little too friendly and polished to the point of being slippery and smarmy.

They kept me through lunch. Never offered any food. I took that as emblematic of the culture and expectations.
