    Approves of CEO

I have been working at CMC ICOS Biologics full-time (More than a year)

Talented research scientists, QC/QA, and manufacturing staff. New GM. Company focus on delivery and right-first time. Leadership support and focus on quality manufacturing execution and customer satisfaction. Leadership investment in expanding manufacturing capability and improvements to existing real estate. 'Toxic' environment that previous posters mention has largely disappeared with the exit of toxic staff.

Move to 24 / 7 operations was rapid and lean, putting strain on many departments, but has increased staffing since. Limited development training for junior staff.

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in the facility and current focus on quality manufacturing. Advice to recent posters. Focus your energy on finding a job where you are happy or being successful at your current one. Slandering individuals and posting exaggerated half-truths online benefits no one.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CMC ICOS Biologics (Bothell, WA) in March 2015.

Contacted by human resources to interview within a week and half, difficult since I had to arrange a flight to Seattle. Once I arrived there was little help navigating to the facility to interview. It seemed like everyone was too busy or disinterested to fully focus on my purpose for being there. I met with most managers over the course of the day and some were nice but seemed distracted. I returned home with no interest in pursuing this company.
