    Lots of opportunities to shine or fail.
    Given ability to take the lead.
    Communication is valued.
    Perks are great.
    Lots of mentoring opportunities.

    Pressure cooker.
    Lots given and lots expected.
    Treadmill of craziness is never-ending.

    Spend some more time on the West Coast (headquartered in NY).

    Interview Details

    Very nice interview for a position on their sales team. The Director I interviewed with was very forthcoming on what the role would require and even walked through another optional, potential role that might be opening up in a few months.
