    I worked at CMS Energy as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Great management
    -Real responsibility where you'll be contributing to projects that impact the entire company
    -Great networking opportunities
    -Excellent work/life balance
    -Compensation is fantastic
    -Professional development available to interns - so take advantage

    Cons

    I would have to say the only real con as an intern would be no concrete path toward a full-time salaried position with the company upon internship conclusion.
