    the executive team treats each employee as an asset, and ensures they have every opportunity to better themselves


    As with any company they are continually trying to grow and make the best business decisions possible. I do not feel any decision that has been made in my time here has been a con and that this is a fantastic operation

    Application Details

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at CNI.

    Interview Details

    Applied online, received a call for a phone interview 2 weeks later. The phone interview last about 30mins and involved my answering standard questions about my background and experience. After the phone interview, I was advised my information would be forwarded to a hiring manager to determine if a face to face interview would be done.

    I received the call for a face to face interview about 3 days later and went for my face to face interview within a week. This interview was more indept. I meet with a senior manager and part of the executive managment team. The interview lasted about an hour and a half. The questions were straightforward.

    After my face to face interview I went through the background check process and had 1 more phone interview. This time I spoke with a different senior manager and a different executive manager. They as similar question as before. This phone interview lasted about 30 mins.

    About 2 days after my final phone interview I was offered the position. The whole process lasted less than 2 weeks
