    Pros

A lot of freedom; opportunities to make mistakes and to grow in a challenging environment, a good employer who offers a lot of benefits and appreciates hard work

    Cons

Not a lot of structure in the organisation so sometimes difficult to find a path and to understand how things are done

    Advice to Management

Develop better knowledge management systems and improved lines of communication
