The benefits were okay. The review process was good so you know where you stand. The training was helpful. They value diversity and the people who work there can be really fun.

Working with donors can get very monotonous. There is very little appreciation. There aren't any safety measures taken and the parking lot can be uncomfortable. There is a lot of pressure to push production. Donors can be inappropriate and there weren't really any repurcussions for them. The hours were pretty hard for some people. There were a lot of call ins because the attendance policy was a joke.

First round interviews then second round interviews then offer made. Some roles are advertised by the company via sites such as seek.com and use use of external agencies is common. Majority of jobs will be handled internally by the company in the future.
