I worked at CST full-time (More than 8 years)
This was an opportunity to become a well rounded employee in the accounting field.
We were understaffed which leads to burnout. There was no documentation or procedures set in place by management, and this lead to confusion when consolidating the work at a corporate level.
Advice to Management
Be a little more hands on and knowledgeable on how the small details fit into the big picture, so you can bridge the communication gap between the accountants and non-accountants.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CST in March 2015.
Saw them at the career fair and and got an email for the interview couple weeks later. The interview was highly technical as mostly questions were related electricity and magnetism.
