Our people are our most important asset. We have over 200 employees across 6 different office locations, but we are all one team. Together, we work with Fortune 1000 clients across the southeast to build custom solutions to their business problems. Every project is unique and provides new challenges and opportunities to learn from some of the best minds in the business.

Our areas of expertise include software development, quality assurance, business intelligence, application integration, portals & collaboration, and application lifecycle management. Each of our offices has a fun and unique culture, and we all share the same passion for our work. With our career development program and internal training initiatives, you have all the tools you need to reach your full potential. The rest is up to you!

Consulting Career Path

CTS provides continuous opportunities for professional development with a roadmap to help you navigate your career. You will have the opportunity to promote from Analyst to Consultant to Senior Consultant and eventually to Project Manager or Architect with clearly defined prerequisites along the way. The prerequisites are designed to keep you learning new skills throughout your career and provide constant goals and challenges for your professional development.

Internal Opportunity

CTS also offers dynamic and rewarding careers for internal employees, including Human Resources, Recruiting, Internal IT Support, Accounting, Business Development, and Marketing. We want all employees to realize their full potential, so we offer the training, opportunity, and experience needed for success in every area of the business. We have experienced record growth year over year for the majority of our history, and we have an outstanding group of people managing our internal services and processes to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

CTS offers multiple types of training year-round. We provide classroom training and self-study materials to help you meet your prerequisites for promotion, and we sponsor certifications in applicable technologies at each stage in your career. Not only do we pay for the certification exams, we pay for the resources to help you study and give you a bonus once you’re certified! You are also encouraged to attend external training courses and participate in industry-specific conferences and events.

That’s when our employees across all offices come together to play games, win great prizes, and see old friends.

You also have the opportunity to participate in various sports teams at CTS. We dominate in softball, have some of the fastest runners in the Southeast, and our soccer team is led by a former collegiate athlete. We’ve even done our fair share of mud races. If we don’t already have a team together for your sport of choice, just ask around! We always have people willing to try something new.

Aside from fun team events and sports teams, we provide you with free snacks, sodas, coffee, and tea to keep you going throughout the day along with games in every break room when you need to take your mind off work for a few minutes.

Part of our mission is to give back to our local communities. We give every full time employee 40 hours per year to use towards local community service. You can do a service project as a team with other employees or do something on your own to impact the local community. CTS organizes events related to local STEM initiatives, but you can also serve other organizations that are particularly meaningful to you without having to use your vacation time!

    Interview Details

Interview process took a week. Some programming questions and inter-personal questions related to the position. The architect who interviewed me was really intelligent and knowledgeable himself about what kind of work environment I will be joining. He seemed to know a whole lot about the company which helped me put things in perspective for me. 2 Interviews (1 phone screen by recruiter and 1 on-site interview by the technical architect). I was sent an offer in the next 5 days.
