I worked at CUNY (City University of New York) part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Contact with the faculty members and great recommendation letters. Respect from freshman class. Extra income. The best part is that it opened doors for a full time posicition with the same professor on her private practice.

    Cons

It distances yourself from peers. Guard your reputation. Manage your own classes while working at the same school

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little bonus wont hurt the poor student, metrocard or even a free lunch pass. And it would hurt to involve more women students.
