I worked at Cabin InnovationsRecommendsRecommends
Small growing company that provides a large amount of experience and diversification in tasks. You will not get stuck with a diminutive job description forcing you to do next to nothing most of the time. You can and will get a chance to work every aspect of the engineering done there. This is a huge plus to me as I can not imagine the skull numbing torture of a bureaucratically restricted job description restraining you from all but one specific action. They are no nonsense when it comes to quality on time engineering. If you get results, there is a lot of freedom to shoot ideas of coworkers and superiors and plenty of opportunity to take on new tasks and learn the hell out of them. If you've got the right attitude you can CARPE the pants off every DIEM you work there.
1. Drab environment. 2. Discouraged from customizing work space. 3. Lack of communication.
Advice to Management
Keep working on that communication, your getting there. And for the love of all that is holy, get some color in there. Taupe is not THAT soothing and white walls inspire nothing but ocular bleeding. It makes me want to purposely add mistakes to my drawings just so I can see more red on the corrections.
