Cadence provides vacation time to encourage rest and relaxation away from work.

All regular full-time and part-time employees accrue vacation. Accrual is based on your length of service and begins on your first day of work. Cadence also provides paid holidays that vary in each country and include floating holidays that the employee can designate.  In recognition of employment milestones, eligible employees will receive Service Award Days.
