    I have been working at Caesarstone full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Training is amazing and you can learn a lot to bring to your next position. You will represent a great growing brand that is gaining ground throughout the US. Many customers that you sell to have a lot of loyalty to the product line.

    Cons

    Be prepared to give a lot more than you get back. Work / life balance gets pushed to the max. The thought is always to do more with less. Salaries are pushed as low as they can go and they can get re-structured often. You get the feeling that no matter what success you have you can be replaced at any time.

    They are not really opening to taking advice. It might be a wise choice to look at the

    I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Caesarstone.

    Interview Details

    Found the position online, then was contacted by HR. After a week or more, contacted again for a live interview. After another two weekst, another phone call with the VP of HR.

    Interview Questions
    • No difficult questions, but some of the last phone interview was very 'canned', 'scripted'- I felt like she was doing other things while asking me questions. Long pauses, it was unprofessional   Answer Question
