    I have been working at Cafe Gratitude full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great Schedule. Upbeat environment. Employee's Greatful. Owners and Creaters on hand. Corporate support. Wide variety of awesome guests. Food is tasty. Location is right by my home.

    Cons

    It's a small restaurant. The service line is overcrowded. We need to implement a better waiting list. My position is challenging at times when employees don't want more structure.

    Make pricing more affordable. Shop New benders.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Cafe Gratitude.

    Interview Details

    The interviewer was great. I had already been told that practicing the Landmark "Forum" Training is the basis for all of the cafes. The cult is a bit much, but the basic concepts are doable:

    There is a big difference between what actually happened in a person’s life and the meaning or interpretation they made up about it
    People pursue an imaginary someday of satisfaction
    Human behavior is governed by a need to look good
    People create their own meaning to life – none is inherent in the world
    People have “rackets”, which are “being right about” or giving excuses for one’s own actions
    People can “transform” by simply declaring a new way of being instead of trying to change themselves in comparison to the past

      What inspires you about the possibility of sacred commerce?
      How do you create teamwork & partnership?
      What are your thoughts about service as an expression of spirit?
