I worked at CafePress full-time (more than 3 years)

Culture, opportunity for growth, smart folks. For the most part, employees worked well together across the organization. Management supported new ideas and concept.

Upper management did not have a handle on margins. This eventually led to wide-spread divestiture of brands that had been acquired. The writing had been on the wall for some times that certain business models / partnerships were no where close to profitable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the numbers. Upgrade your front and back end technologies. In order to be competitive, upgrade your base product and improve quality coming out of the manufacturing facilities.
