    Pros

Benefits are outstanding. Current management is very good. Management is open to new ideas/new projects. Flexible work schedule. CSUEB has a state of the art recreation center - great workout facility open to staff and faculty as well as students.

    Cons

AS mentioned in the title, the salary is not the best. However the benefits make up for the lack of competitive salary.
