    I worked at Caliber Holdings

Good customer service, nice people, easy to move up, good starting wage for hourly employees, overtime opportunity, some incentives, discount on work.

Long hours, hourly wage decreases as hours increase for management, too much work expected for one person, long commute, money spent on amenities and not employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire enough people to get the work done. Turn over would not be so great if the people in charge didn't feel like they were spending all their time at work and still getting yelled at for not getting stuff done.
