I worked at California Culinary Academy

at this job all the staff was great Not to mention all the wonderful dishes you get to taste prepared by the students and the on site restaurant. Happy to go to work in the morning.

Small departments because of low budget. Result, a lot more work per person and way more responsibilities than job description.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not a lot of advice. Keep doing the best you can with the budget and options you have. Good Luck.

    Interview Details

I interviewed with the Director of Admissions and the Preident of the school all in the same day. The next day they offered me the job and I accepted, a decision I will always regret.

    Interview Questions
    • The President of the school literally sat there and just asked me general interview questiosn that he was reading off of a script. It is extremely easy to just tell him what he wants to hear. I am pretty sure they would hire a horse if it could talk.   Answer Question
