    The Pros of working here is that you learn different and new skills because you do work in an environment where people know how to do different things. One also learns to manage and organize better.


    The cons about the Sundial is that the job is very time consuming, there are no health related benefits, and sometimes you will have long nights.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at California State University, Northridge.

    Interview Details

    First round was a Panel interview with 3 executives. After that they picked 3 candidates to move on to the final round were you interview with the director. After that, I have no idea bc I was not selected.

    Interview Questions
    • Most questions were scripted and contained multiple questions within each asking. The executives took turns asking the questions. Once u answered they just accepted your answer and did not probe any deeper.   Answer Question
