I worked at California's Great America full-time (Less than a year)
Management always understood That I had a second job and I had to go to school as well, so they accommodated my schedule.
Really tiring job since the park was really huge. Walking from Point A to B was a great challenge. Some rude coworkers
Advice to Management
Try hire much happier people with genuine enthusiasm. Please also increase wages for the workload in Park Services. I believe that working at Park Services is really demanding and should not be paid just merely minimum wage.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at California's Great America.
Applied online and was contacted through email. Had a one-on-one interview. Questions mainly about past experience and was given the expectations for the role. Had to decline because pay was incredibly low for the demands and high expectations of the role. Do have to note that CGA seems really worn down, including the offices. Kind of dingy. I hope the company does well and can afford to revamp and clean up their appearance.
