President and Chief Executive officer
Under Leslie’s direction, CallidusCloud has transformed into a recurring revenue based business that is the leader in cloud and mobile sales effectiveness solutions. These solutions include sales hiring, sales enablement, sales performance management, and mobile learning. At CallidusCloud, Leslie has also pioneered patent-pending methods for social sales performance management and hiring, visualization, and performance predictions.
Prior to joining Callidus’ executive board, Leslie worked for Sun Microsystems for nine years. At Sun, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales and was the Managing Director of Sun Microsystems U.K. Ltd. Before joining Sun, Leslie held senior sales positions at Oracle Corporation U.K. and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of its Scottish and Canadian operations. Throughout his career, Leslie has successfully directed and motivated large sales organizations and facilitated strategic deals.
Leslie holds a B.A. Honors degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He completed and is certified by the Directors’ Consortium of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Bob L. Corey
Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer
Bob L. Corey brings over 30 years of executive and financial management experience in public and private companies, particularly in Silicon Valley with software and hardware companies earning more than $100 million in revenue annually.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Corey served as the chief financial officer of FrontRange Solutions USA Inc., an enterprise software company, since May 2012. Prior to FrontRange, he served in various roles at Extreme Networks, Inc., an Ethernet solutions company from July 2009 to March 2011, ultimately as interim chief executive officer and executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Extreme Networks, Mr. Corey held a variety of executive positions, including executive vice president and chief financial officer, at Thor Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software company, from May 2003 to January 2006.
Mr. Corey currently serves as a member of the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee for Apigee Corporation, a private software development tools and services company.
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Jimmy Duan brings over 20 years of experience in SaaS operations, technology sales, management consulting, and professional services. He has served a variety of executive management roles at CallidusCloud, including senior vice presidents of commissions business and international sales.
Previously, Jimmy served as vice president of client services at Xactly, where he was responsible for defining and setting up SaaS operations and managing customer success. Earlier in his career, Jimmy held professional services management positions at Quovera and Talus Solutions, and consulted with multi-national organizations in financial services, telecommunications, transportation, and high-tech manufacturing.
Jimmy holds a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
Senior Vice President, Chief Talent Officer
Cindy Eppard oversees strategic planning, management development, retention and talent acquisition for the company’s global human resources function. Cindy has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources management and analytics.
During her tenure with CallidusCloud Cindy has successfully streamlined corporate practices in global benefits, compensation and staffing; established new office acquisition protocols; developed performance management guidelines; escalated change-management strategies; and developed the overall design and strategy of the company’s global human resources function.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Cindy managed various corporate programs, including the 401(k) Plan, domestic & international benefits and workers compensation for McAfee (Network Associates) as well as 401(k) Plan, HRIS management and stock administration for ASML (Silicon Valley Group).
Cindy holds a B.A. degree in Management from St. Mary’s College of California.
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Giles has over 10 years of experience in technology and business software. At CallidusCloud he is responsible for the company’s marketing activities and product strategy. He has served a variety of channel, sales and marketing roles at CallidusCloud in EMEA and most recently in North America as Vice President, Marketing Communications and Products.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Giles has worked at international software and SaaS companies including SAP, Active and Maxima.
Giles graduated with Honors from the University of Southampton with a BEng in Electronic Engineering.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Eric is responsible for CallidusCloud’s sales and field operations, where he brings over 15 years of software sales, management consulting, and entrepreneurial experience.
Eric joined CallidusCloud in 2003 and has held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions covering North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Under Eric’s leadership, CallidusCloud has grown steadily since 2010 and is today recognized as the leading provider of cloud and mobile sales effectiveness solutions.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Eric co-founded a venture-backed SaaS company as well as held positions at Mars & Co., Trilogy Software, and Intel Corporation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Senior Vice President, Customer Support and Services
Meredith Calvert has over 10 years of experience in the software services and support industry. At CallidusCloud, Meredith is the driving force for all of the company’s customer satisfaction initiatives and support services for all of CallidusCloud’s customers.
Prior to joining Callidus, Meredith served in a variety of support management roles at Journee Software, a provider of data integration solutions, and PCOrder.com, Inc., an enterprise application software company.
Meredith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Tech University at Lubbock.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Alliances
Rory Cameron has over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and sales operations across a range of technology sectors.
At CallidusCloud, Rory leads the companies M&A activity, alliances strategy, and indirect and direct global sales operations. He has held numerous roles in the company across sales, channel and alliances both in EMEA & North America. Rory led the effort to broaden CallidusCloud’s solutions suite, leading to the acquisition of seven fast-growing cloud companies in the past year alone.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Rory had worked for a range of technology companies including Datapac Ireland, MTL and Bytes Technology Group.
