I have been working at Calpine full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Very nice environment to work in. Company tries to promote a professional and relaxing atmosphere. It's a good place to start a career in the industry.

    Cons

Training and career development has a lot to be desired. Inexplicable favoritism seems to becoming an issue.

Things like you have x number of socks, y of which are blue. How many pairs should i remove to achieve q probability. Lots of industry questions. I never heard back from them.
