I have been working at Camber part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A company that truly cares about its people by providing excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and no micro management.

    Cons

The company faces the same cons as those in the Federal space. The customers can be quite resistant to process improvement and the inefficiencies can adversely affect work/life balance. However, the same can be said for all clients no matter the type of business or sector.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Win more contracts as the prime. Cut ties with other vendors that do not share your beliefs and values.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Camber.

    Interview Details

The interview was pretty straight forward. I had a group interview with three people. They asked a lot behavioral questions that were pretty easy to answer. I had two more interviews with a Project manager and the Deputy Director of the Orlando office which were also fine.
