    I worked at Cambridge Financial

The employees I worked with were great. It's a great place to start out your career in the financial world, though this was not my field, which is reflected in my ratings.

You can work there for a while without growing within the company. Many of my coworkers were in the same position for 5+ years without being promoted.

    Advice to Management

To my knowledge the bank has been doing well during this recession. Many of your highly skilled , highly experienced, and customer focused employees were let go after I stopped working with the bank. I can understand budget cuts, but when some of your most important staff is meeting all your expectations, theres no reason to replace them with a less skilled individual to save a few dollars.
