    Positive Outlook

    I worked at Campbell Alliance full-time (More than 5 years)


    Lots of flexibility to work from home and take time off for maternity. Great people to work with. Even with the inVentiv ownership, the team culture in our office is still the same as when I joined. New practice area leaders are changing some of the dynamics and the jury is out on their success. There is a hard focus on business development and revenue targets. Even with many of the recent leadership departures, we are hitting and beating targets.


    Some of the old leadership really made us feel like family. They left in 2012 after the inVentiv acquisition. I miss two of the recent departures as it has changed the vibe in the office and the company. There is more of a focus on the consulting team and the support teams seem to be left out.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more and take care of your support staff. They help support your success

    The interview process took approximately four weeks. The first interview was with a recruiter, the second interview with the manager, who I would report to, and the last interview was at Campbell Alliance's headquarters. 4 1:1 interviews, and an excel/writing exam.
