    Pros

Excellent benefits and a relaxed atmosphere. They treat their employees like family, and understand there's a balance between work and family. They reward good job performance and offer incentives for meeting goals.

    Cons

There aren't many cons. If anything the personal issues in certain departments could be better handled. Also management of said department shouldn't let personal relationships get in the way of disciplining an employee when necessary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do internal process audits to ensure effectiveness.
