    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Capital BlueCross.

    Interview Details

I worked as a contractor for two years before I was hired on as a full time employee. I had worked so hard each and everyday that when the time came that there was an open position, there was no question who's job it was going to become. My initial interview before i was brought in as a contractor couldn't of gone better and the interview to become full time wasn't much an interview as it was, an acknowledgement of my hard work and dedication to the company where i had gained an excellent reputation. Then I signed the papers, and that was about it

    Interview Questions
    • To be honest, I didn't get asked too many tough questions at all. I was well prepared at anything they threw at me and interviewed well. I was confident walking away from the interview that I nailed the interview and would be getting the job.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
I was a intern first so when I became full time their wasn't much negotiating.
