    Stable workplace, predictable hours and duties, generous benefits, nice office and fast computers. Collaborative environment to a point.


    Small office environment - establish your relationships and boundaries with co-workers early and consistently. Occasional late work hours with short notice. Get things right the first time or make sure that you've asked around - mistakes or negligence not tolerated.

    Advice to Management

    Be careful to not combine too many job titles among assistants.
