I worked at Caraco Pharmaceutical full-time (more than 5 years)

The products that we made were life saving, it helped to save people lives. The time-ff policies were great, we had 6 paid personal days a year and 3 unpaid days. Training were good depending on who trained you. This company were very diversified work place. However, the company is closed down now.

This were a very diversified work place, the managerment team were from India and they spoke British english not American english, which will take some time to understand them. The pay were not as good as any other pharmaceutical company in America. However the goals were to make good product to help extend or save people lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe that whatever the department that one work in, within a company, everyone should be treated with respect and every one should work together as a team or family to accomplish a common goal. There should always be job promotions within the company and appreciation should always be given. Great pay should always be given according to the type of job and the cost of living should also be considered in the pay.
