    Pros

    The company invests in equipment, adhesives, and state of the art technology. The company does not hold back on charging the customer for a excellent product, and treats the employees well. Very positive work force the company is very data driven with many excellent team players.

    Cons

    The company can not come terms on union contracts, the firm tends to drag out negations.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the positive work.
