Cardinal as a company does take care of and care about their drivers. There is money to be made if your not afraid to run. Plenty of miles and work to keep you employed and doing well.

Some accounts have managers that abuse the drivers in order to hit a goal and receive quarterly bonuses. Family life is important to the company but some managers do not care if drivers have family functions to attend.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a whole the company is great. The individual managers are the ones that need to be retrained on how to get the most production out of drivers without rudeness and verbal threats. The company benefits, equipment, etc are definitely in the good job range..
