I worked at Career Development Services as a contractor

This company makes you feel like you are actually making a difference in peoples lives by helping them land jobs.

email communication can be slow when you are trying to get things done and need approval, but not much else.

    Advice to Management

Try to respond to your employees in 24 hours if at all possible, I know the weekends can be an exception.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Career Development Services (Bangor, ME) in March 2009.

Applied online and contacted by phone for interview. Took a profile test and never heard back from agency. Found out from contact that position was filled about 2 weeks after my interview.
