I have worked for Carillon Assisted Living for several years. My experience since the beginning has been only positive. The philosophy of Carillon is to be the best in the industry in resident care, facility management, and community outreach and team member satisfaction. The focus is on our residents.
Carillon allows a team member to grow through educational opportunities, training and guidance throughout their tenure. Upper and middle management has the highest regard for team members and recognizes their achievements. Carillon gives back to its team members in ways I have never experienced with any other company. Opportunities for advancement are there for those who wish to apply themselves.
Carillon is a tightly managed company, which has contributed to its growth and standing in the industry.
Would I recommend this company, yes? Those who are open to the philosophy and culture of Carillon can go far. Those interested in the highest-level resident care, this is the place to be.
My experience has been positive. I do not have any negative comments

I applied in-person – interviewed at Carillon Assisted Living.
I had to interview with three separate people. 2 in person and one on the phone. All the individuals I talked with were very personable and encouraging. Had to take a personality inventory on line. I was offered the position but in the end the salary was too low for it to make sense. No attempt to work with me on salary or benefits. I think I would have enjoyed the job but without some effort from the higher ups to have some wiggle room in salary to pay someone more qualified would've been demotivating over time.
