    Sehr angenehme Gesprächspartner, katholische Konfession vom Vorteil. Zeugnisse mit "guten" Noten wichtig. Vorerfahrungen z.B. Praktikas in verschiedenen Einrichtungen sehr vom Vorteil. Dauer des Gesprächs 15-30 min. Eigene Fragen besser notieren und im Gespräch stellen.
