    Pros

allow employees to flex and come in early or stay late 2xs a year. Plant wide reeval and increased pay for most employees.

    Cons

Depending on department lots of mandatory overtime. A very corporate company. More focused on the overall company than the employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and quit doing company wide rule updates. Tailor it to the individual jobs and areas.
