If you're not into working everyday then this may not be for you. This is not with every department but since the youth department deals with kids, we needed to be able to keep them entertained for the duration of their vacation.

    Advice to Management

It is nice when we are able to voice our opinions on how the program can be improved and it is actually considered. Kudos for that. Please however, learn to better communicate information to staff rather than discovering the information when it might be too late for example: wanting to sign off in another category

I applied through other source – interviewed at Carnival Corporation.

This was a two part interview. I first had an interview with the hiring manager, Charmaine. We discussed my past collections experience, and then we reviewed all the softwares that Progressive uses. After my impressive interview with Charmaine, I then had an interview with my immediate supervisor, Ray. He asked me a few more questions, some similar to what Charmaine asked me, and plus a few of his own questions. I answered them to the best of my ability.
