    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Carolina Ballet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Offices share a building with dance studios; Raleigh community embraces the company; Donors and sponsors are treated with respect

    Cons

Not transparent with finances, although by nature a non-profit should be; Very dedicated Artistic Director but he needs assistance as he ages; No emphasis on marketing and PR

    Advice to Management

Restructure the company to fit the budget; Take care of the dancers. I would only recommend working there for a short time! Get your experience and move on.
