    Pros

The company focuses on growth in areas compliment the product they have to offer.

    Cons

They provide a comfortable work environment. Teams are generally helpful. They provide decent benefits. About 5 or 7 company cookouts or company get togethers and they throw a great xmas party every year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more into your employees by offering them a yearly performance review. Negotiate up front for salary and vacation time.

    Manager, Microsoft Solutions Interview

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7+ weeksinterviewed at Carousel Industries in November 2013.

    Interview Details

Received the initial contact via LinkedIn, the job was a management position and required a great deal of Microsoft experience. After several telephone interviews the company flew me out to Exeter, RI for a face to face meeting with the CEO, VP of Sales, and the Director of Services. One of the managers was too busy to even show up, another manager dialed in to a conference room. Several hours later I was thanked and left for the airport.
About a week later I had another conversation with a VP who started talking about an offer and said I would be contacted soon. I waited 10 days then contacted the recruiter who told me that they were not going to move forward and stated that they had to do some restructuring before they would offer the position and would keep me in mind for the future. This was one of the strangest interview experiences I ever had!

    Interview Questions
    • All standard interview questions, did not get any difficult to unexpected technical questions, know your stuff and you will be ok. Had the standard "how would you handle X customer situation" but nothing too difficult.   Answer Question
