    Pros

Great company to work for. Every day is different and fast-paced. Benefits are great and pay is average salary.

    Cons

If you can't handle the fast pace and ever changing environment, you may not be successful.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with value and compensate them more for their added work.

applied through school system, and heard a response promptly. Interacted first with company HR, then later interviewed with engineering. was a positive experience. After being hired, received a letter that adjusted my wage to reflect the average wage of comparable jobs in the area, which increased the initial offer. The process was smooth throughout with good correspondence.
