I worked at Carr Riggs & Ingram

    Pros

The Houston office is flexible and the people are great to work with! Great family-like atmosphere with opportunities to learn new things.

    Cons

When Gainer Donnelly became a part of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, there were system changes that created a new work culture with some growing pains. There's a not a consistent company image quite yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CRI is the fastest growing middle market public accounting firm because of its acquisition of the Gainer Donnelly office in Houston. What are the growth projections moving forward?

I applied and received an email from an audit partner within a few days. I went in to interview a couple days later. I interviewed with him and a senior auditor separately. The interview seemed to have went well. He said I would hear back in a few weeks; I didn't. I emailed him, and he said they were still interviewing and evaluating need. I emailed again and called a few weeks later and never heard back.
