    I have been working at Carrizo Oil & Gas full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Very good people work here. Some areas for career growth.Every good at E&P and still has a great outlook for business internally.

    Cons

    People that have been here for a awhile delay needed changes. Can be cut-throat and virtually no minorities in management or higher.

    Listen to your employees more that are not management.
