Current Employee - Senior Engineer in Ipoh (Malaysia)

I have been working at Carsem full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good working environment, good place for fresh graduates to learn, have chance to grow if work hard and willing to contribute.

    Cons

    1.Turn over rate is high.
2.Focus on many customer and project, only few of them are really gives business with.
3.Typical subcon style, pressure if dealing with demanding customer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pls working on the real issue rather than avoiding the trouble with fancy stuff (eg: employee satisfaction index are very high which i don't believe with).
Pls do something that makes employee feel job is securing.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
