The Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, active for 10 years and executive sponsored by president Kevin Kelleher, coordinates activities across the company. Regional councils are active in Irving, TX, Redmond, WA, and Singapore, as well as in our headquarters of Danbury, CT. Also, employee Network Groups help employees build strong relationships and learn about others in our company. Examples range from groups with common backgrounds, such as the Women’s Network (in both Danbury and Irving) and the Cancer Support Network, to common interest groups, such as Bible study and photography.
To further reinforce and encourage the message of global inclusion, local diversity councils conduct activities including ethnic cuisine tasting, music and dance demonstrations, roundtable discussions, guest speakers, and multi-cultural training sessions.

I worked at Cartus as an intern (less than an year)Pros
My manager acted like a mentor to me and was always available. This was hit or miss for the managers- other interns had extremely different experiences. The HR manager in charge of the intern program was very charismatic. Senior management was welcoming and inviting. There is a very loose hierarchical structure at the company. Various managers would stop by my cubicle to check in with me regarding work and life in general.Cons
Movement of co-workers from one client team to the next occurs so frequently that it is hard to establish a good flow within a consultant team. There isn't much connectivity within a consultant team as far as work methodology. Everyone is very social, but chatting on the floor is so frequent that it becomes distracting. Beware of the food on the office floor- co-workers bring in junk food for every possible occasion. It is not a conducive environment for people trying to stay healthy.RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
